I have problem regarding NTBACKUP on an XP Pro unit.
It has an old travan type cart tape drive and uses individual backup scripts each night through task scheduler.... (It runs a media refrsh command 5 minutes before the scheduled backup kicks in.)
Problem is, Monday SEEMS to time out looking for the tape,
(Every other night runs fine!!!) BUT the job runs and data is backed up.... The job first reports though that the requested media wasn't found and at the end that the job was incomplete....
Question - Is there a registry edit I could use to delay NTbackup kicking in / or extend the time it takes parsing
for media
