CAN I CREATE USER IN A STANDBY DATABASE?

Hi
since creating a user will result in redo-log information the standby-database will get every change with the archive-log-import.
So normally one would expect that every user created in the primary database will also be generated in the Standby-database with some time-lack dependent on the log-size and checkpoint-intervalls.
