Can I create a view showing 'all documents' in Outlook?

I'm a new Outlook user and am having trouble creating functionality that I was accustomed to using in Lotus Notes. Basically, I would like to have a view or folder that allows me to see all documents regardless of which folders I might also have moved emails to. In other words, the "all documents" view/folder is like a master container with all other folders being "sub-folders" thereof. This was a standard feature in Lotus Notes that was very helpful. Documents would remain in the "all documents" view even though I might have moved them to a folder (deleted messages were removed from all views/folders). I should mention that I don't really want the documents copied but basically wonder if Outlook allows the same document to appear in multiple foders concurrently. Any input is greatly appreciated.
