CAN I CONVERT MOVIE MAKER 2 FILE TO MPEG??

Hello. Just wondering if it's possible to convert a Windows Movie Maker 2 project to MPEG format. The reason for this is I would like to export the project to 'Sonic Solutions DVD It LE' programme to create a DVD. Thanks, Adrian.
