Can I call VB Dll in C++...How???

Ey dudes! I'm a newbie in Visual C++, mostly i do VBasic.
Jist wnat 2 knw if I could call functions written in VB DLL/active-x DLL in visual C++ and how..Can anybody sent me a sample.
