Hello!

Can I disable all sms processes which are needless for me on my computer if I'm administrator of one (not a domain admin)? It means that I wanna enter in domain but I don't wanna load all this boring programs which start in the logon process. I can stop services, but can I forbid it cardinally?
I'm not familiar with SMS, I'm a programmer and irritated by any intrusion in my area :))
Please advise me what can I do

Good luck

Of course you can kill SMS. As an admin of a client you can remove all of SMS and make it so it "can't" load again, or you can disallow certain portions of SMS from operating.

But you said you're a programmer and irritated by any intrusion. This forum is mostly for admins whose job it is to make sure that SMS runs smoothly on all their devices, even yours. If we gave away our bag of tricks, how effective would we be? :)

You could work with your administrator to create an exclusion process for devices such as yours.

(For you admins here's the answer to romich's question, as well as antidotes if s/he should drink the potion: thread22-65603
