Using CR XI, my report includes a chart which shows the Top N groups by percentage of results records. A parameter gives user the option to select the value of N. A chart in the report footer shows the Top N groups. I want the title of the chart to have the value of N in it (e.g. - if user selected 5, the Title should read 'Top 5 Problem Groups'; if user selected 10 it should say 'Top 10 Problem Groups', and so on).

The Chart Expert does not have a formula editor button for any of the chart features. Is there a way to do this?

I would eliminate the automatic title and add a formula to the Report Footer that uses the parameter for N, as in:

"Top "+totext({?parm},0,"")+" Problem Groups"

Thanks lbass. That works great. Now why didn't I think of that.
