My boss has a Lattitude (Dell laptop) O/S Win2000Pro, and when she tries to type her email, it is set to ivory color. I have reset the font several times but it reverts back to ivory. Her Outlook uses Word to edit and send emails. Is there a way to get a default set so that she uses black instead of ivory? Thanks,
