Can an Access form be used in a Word doc.?

I have a form built in Access. My problem is that my users do not have Access. They only have MS WORD and EXCEL.
Is there any way for me to provide my users with this form thru WORD or Excel?
I hav tried 'exporting' the form but I don't see a Word format(.doc) to export the form.
Any help would be appreciated.
