Can Access influence email groups in Outlook?

i am using Access97 and Outlook 98.

Can Access influence email groups in Outlook?

I want to make a email group in Outlook called DBList. But, the members of the group will change weekly. and i would like my database to programmically make the changes.

so, one week, the Outlook group DBList contains: joe.smith@email.com; sue.sweet@email.com.

Can i create a button in Access and have the names change to whatever names the database user selects?
