I have a report that is formatted to look like a "form". It has blocked pieces of information with frames around each section of the report. As I mentioned, if you saw it you would think the report was a blank form, but its a report.
I want to be able to email this report to my users, while at the same time, maintaining the form appearance that the
report has.
I'm trying to email my users a copy of this report to use to fill in data and email back to me.

I know this sounds confusing, if anyone can help I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you.

1. Mailing out is possible, using the snapshot format (.SNP). Open the report, do a Save As... and it will be one of the options.

2. Mailing *back* is impossible using the method you described. They cannot email their responses back. They can mail/fax them back, not email. What I'm saying is that someone will have to key the entries into the database, and with your current desired setup, that person will be you.

Thanks for your speedy reply.
I will try using the snapshot method to at least get
the copy to them.
Thanks.

why not have your users access the database, and you have a 'real' form that they actually type data into? then you don't have to do it....
