Can a Magix processor in a clamshell be loaded with Legend 7.0 software without issue?

Want to upgrade a current Legend 2.0 to 7.0.
Purchased a 7.0 processor from EBay and was shipped a Magix processor with CKE5 in a clamshell instead of the Legend I ordered.
There are some ATL cards on the system and the client will not want to pay to change those out.
Will I be able to upgrade up to the 7.0 on this processor and have no issues with the ATL cards?
