can a button change 2 frames in a frameset

Hi,
How do I tell a button to load something different in 2 frames of my frameset?
I have
1)a flash banner in my top frame with nav in it.
2)nav in side frame
3)whatever in mainframe.

when nav in side frame is clicked, it has to load a different page(newbanner) in the top frame and a different page in the mainframe, how do I do this? Please excuse my lack of knowledge

Make the link a # link and use the "go to url" behavior in dreamweaver. (if you need further instruction let me know)
