well good luck if you can get it to work-- we tried a trial with 3com IP phones and a definityv9 Before we upgraded to s-8700.. it was a failure.. lots of kludges and bandaides to try to mimic station operation and button assignments..
we trialed some avaya 4620s and they were truely plug and play....
