Can 2420 phone be administered with TN2181 2-wire port?

I have a Definity G3 V12 PBX. Looking at installing a 2420 model phone. Never installed this phone type before. My vendor told me this phone can be administered in the PBX using either a TN2181 or a TN2224 circuit card port? Will both of these circuit card types support the model 2420 phone?

Yes. it's a two wire digital telephone.
