CAMA Trunks & VoIP

In the traditional PSTN configuration, the ILEC would provide CAMA trunks between each Local Serving Office and the 911 Center to deliver the calling party's address but I don't know how this function would be performed in an Enterprise VOIP configuration.

Has this been attempted by anyone?

most of us have built work arounds for that... usually clid tables with someone else doing the ss7 and ali database driven by clid..
