CALS - does Outlook 2003 count as a CAL or do I still need them ?

We are upgrading to E2K3 and wondered if instead of buying 300 CALs at about 65.00 a pop if I bought 300 Copies of Outlook 2003 if that would give me the CALS due to owning outlook 2003 ?

My guess is probably not but I just wondered..

They used to give you outlook with exchange and now it doesn't come with it... So I wondered what my options were

License for running Outlook 2003 is normally included in Exchange 2003 but you have to buy the CAL's separately. Best check with your supplier or MS.
