Calls to mobiles being dropped if transferred

Hi all,

I have an interesting issue with CME

If an IP handset dials a mobile number directly then the call is routed to the handset.

If however a call is required to be transferred to a mobile phone then the call is dropped once the iphone presses transfer

IPphone > Mobile = works

ext num or IPphone > IPphone tx mobile = call dropped with three beeps

Im very new to cisco so please go easy, but could do with some help please ?

Just an update with this for those who my have a similar issue, it was different codec being specified that was causing the issue
