Calls to attendant not showing and no audible alert of second call.

I have a g700/s8300 running R015X.01.2.416.4.

we use three soft consoles in the attendant groups (not all at the same time)

on of the soft consoles has stopped showing the other calls coming in, it does show the number of calls in the queue but doesn't list them below the first call.
It has also stopped the audible alert for the second call. ( iave looked at the volume controls but they are greyed out)

any ideas?
