The queue-feature of Phone Manager shows some calls waiting (13 at this moment) but accouring to CallStatus and our wallboard there is just one call waiting in the queue.

Although there is a user available the call is stays in the queue. Only by using F7 of F8 this call can be retrieved out of queue.

We are using an IPO406v2 running 3.0.59. Incidental we had this problem also with several 2.1 releases.

Do you use call pickup or group buttons?
Do you have VM Pro with queue messages?
Do you use assisted transfers?
Group names too long ( over eight characters )?
Names not unique ( first eight chars )?
Non Alphanumeric characters in the names?
Tryed to catch the fault on sysmonitor?
There can be a lot of reasons for this, and its hard to solve.

Jesterock: You mean an escape facility that callers can escape to the reception while they are waiting? This we have, but this problem occourd also in the previous releases and there we didn't had that escape options.

Could it be possible that it has something to do with the transfer return time on extentions?

In 2.1.27 when you transfer a call to a (busy) queue the call stays in that queue as long as all users are busy. In 3.0.59 the call is returned to you is the transfer return time expires (even when the caller heard serveral 'Your (still) in a queue'-message).
