Calls routing incorrectly

CM6, G650 cabinets with IPSI for tone detection

I have an suto attendant set up using vdns/vectors. Inbound calls are answered with announcement and options.

I am getting complaints that calls are not going to the right extensions. For example, someone calling pressed 1, but the call routed as if they pressed 8. Could this be a hardware issue?
 
This would be a DTMF issue, I would call place a call to your line provider to have the trunk tested. Also what type of trunks do you have?
 
We have Comcast Voice, so the trunks are SIP into an Adtran router, converted to PRI connection to my switch. This was all put in place before I upgraded to CM6 from CM2.

The problem is intermittent, so hard to nail down.
 
exactly this is why the line provider needs to look at this, maybe a setting was missed
