New 9.1 IP Office installation. Voicemail Pro. Trouble with calls not going to voicemail. Internal calls go to voicemail if the user does not answer. If a call goes through the automated attendant, it will ring the user's phone but will not go to voicemail. Any ideas??

I don't know what else to say! The customer has a PRI but no DIDs. 9608G phones.

If the receptionist answers a call and transfers it, the call will go to voicemail after 25 seconds. If one user calls another, voicemail will pick up after 25 seconds.

However, there is a backdoor auto attendant so employees can bypass the receptionist. When callers hit that, and enter an extension, the phone rings at the target destination but never goes to voicemail.

I'm mystified. I don't know what else to tell you because this makes no sense.

I would watch it in both SSA and monitor. If it isn't picking up you should be able to see. Compare it to one that does target properly.

Probably your voicemail pro call flow for that backdoor AA. Using assisted transfer? or blind transfer?

The programmer figured it out. It was not happening to all users. It turned out to be a bad User Rights group. All the users in that group had the same problem.
