Calls dropping out to Voicemail port

I have a intermittent problem where calls that are delivered to a CDN via a 0845 number are dropping out to a meridian mailbox and not delivering to the agent skillset, only getting one or two a day, but is abit strange.

Any ideas
 
that's an aquired cdn? nothing in the scripts has an overflow que.. it's usually scripting.. ? look at the acd and the cdn and the scripts.. those can be tough

Yes it's an aquired CDN, there's nothing in the script to overflow, it shouldnt be default routing because the cdn is aquired, i have another look.
