I have an option 11c with release 25.40. Users are telling me that calls are being disconnected after being put on hold after a few minutes. We have an ISDN prime for all trunking. Any thoughts?
i would look at the dch msgs for my trunks, if you put me on hold for 2 plus minutes, i would hang up to.. the enl msgi x/msgo x on the d will tell you if it's the caller or the switch
both are good points, but if your getting hits on that span, it will drop calls on hold, during outbound calls and during conversations.. when my customers say they drop on hold, i usually want to know if the lamp goes out, that's a pretty good sign that someone is not waiting any longer..
