i have an issue with inbound calls coming through the speaker on a few of our 1140e's using firmware C4. I am trying to find a way to make it stop. right now the agents just hit the hold button, then key 0 to bring the caller back on to correct the issue. I am running succession 5.5 with CCM6.0. any input would be wonderful. I cannot use the factory reset since i am still on an older version of firmware (working on fixing that). The calls only hit the speaker on inbound ACD calls. station to station calls go directly to the headset.
