Hi

We are using 3903 phones in our call centre, the users have headsets, when they take a call off hold it defaults to the speaker phone rather than the headset so they have to press the headset button first.

i have recently received several errors on the server.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does your system have the latest patches installed?

Most of these errors seem to be patch related!

SU01 for Callpilot may resolve the Callpilot ELAN dropping issue, (ELAN014, CSA104 etc), I believe this is then causing the BUG098 message, as Symposium tries to use the default RAN route 999, which doesn't exist, as Voice Prompts from Callpilot are unavailable.

MPLR 19572 is a possible solution to the ERR9032 messages.
