There sure is! Go to Radio Crack. Pickup a device called "handset recording device" and another device called "a Cassette Tape Drive". Both of these devices will provide you with an inexpensive solution to save those calls. Call Pilot does not have facilities to save single calls. Just full backups.

If you're trying to save individual messages on a limited basis, you can use My CallPilot or Desktop Messaging to save the messages in .wav format (this is assuming you have either of them and the licenses that are needed).
If you don't have My Callpilot or Desktop Messaging licenses, apparently you'll have to buy a cassette player at radio shack according to the above (do they still make cassette recorders?).
