We have a customer that has reported a user that syas that theye just received 33 messages dating back to June. She said that these were new MSG and she had never listened to them. i have heard of a couple of days but never 5 months. any ideas
Are they on the general delivery mailbox? I have had instances where calls are overflowing to the General Delivery box and noone was given the job of listening to the messages. If so, I'd just turn off the general box. (FTR 983 and press button 6 --or it might be 4..i forget exactly which button-- It will say Gen Delivery Y if you press the right button. the other option will say Voice mail Y. Changing Voice Mail Y to N will turn off voice messaging. Don't do that.).
