Just a F.Y.I. - We have CallPilot 3 and have spent a couple of days trying to get reporter to work properly. Everything went smoothly but when we tried to run reports a gray box would appear with no data. We tried everything listed within the Tek-Tips forums: reinstall reporter, use FQDN rather than IP, etc., etc.
The remedy to OUR solution was to DOWNGRADE Java. By using the version of Java on our CallPilot Application CD (1.3.1_11) all of our problems were resolved. I hope this helps someone else.
