Does anybody know how to reset the web password, without knowing the general delivery mailbox etc etc, is there a back door in to this via the command line using the tas login.

JP, Have just had a friendly tas guy point me in the right direction. If you have full access to Nortel's Primus search it's on their web site. Their is a back door to everything, it's just knowing were the keys and combinations are.
