Greetings!

Using CallPilot Manager version 05.00.41.141

My company is migrating to a new email server as the old one is sheduled to be decommissioned in a few weeks.

There are three areas to change in CallPilot Manager in order to add a new email server:

[ul]
[li]Message Delivery Configuration[/li]
[li]External Email Servers[/li]
[li]Notification Device Classes[/li]
[/ul]

I added the new email server address to the External Email Servers and to the Notification Device Classes. I went to my mailbox, pointed the "Remote Text Notification" field to the new server and tested it. Got an email instantly so it works great! :)

Here's my question: under "Messaging\Message Delivery Configuration\SMTP/VPIM", the "Outgoing SMTP Mail/Proxy Server" points to the old server and I need to put the name of the new server here; but I am afraid that if I change this field I will have to manually update all of my 300 plus mailboxes; what do I need to do in order to update the "Remote Text Notification" field on all my mailboxes to the new server without having to do this one at a time?

Any suggestions?

Much obliged!

[thanks]
