Is it possible to import changes to existing users of callpilot with a delimited file? I need to activate 150 users with remote text notification and setup an email address for each user.

haven't tried the import to that degree, the import works great on just names and numbers. so it should work across the board, to include email. i would build a file with 4 or 5 users and give it a try. during early rls trials, it would import everything except the last entry.. which was fine, after we tested with more then a single entry. we tried to test rls 1 with a delimited file with a single user. about two days later, we tried it with 10 users, and got 9 perfect boxes, always missed the last one. that was a beta test on rls 1, so i'm sure it's all better now.

I know you can add multiple users with auto admin, but how do you import changes to existing users?? Do you have step by step procedures?

no i do not, i would either script the change or out the original users, but that would be a couple of hours to build an import tool

As far as I know it's not possible to do a bulk change.

So, as Johnpoole said, you can delete all of them and add them with the auto admin. If you out all users they will lose all the messages stored in the mailboxes. I don't think this is what you'd like to do.

I think your only option is to change the 150 mailboxes manually.

Goodluck,
Jacco.
