We have a customer who would like to change from 3 to 4 digit DNs with the new PRI but I am not sure how to make the change in the CP 150 without loosing my keycodes ?

You need to re-install programming.
Did you not save the key code entries? they can be re-entered since system/serial d does not change.
If you did not save them you can get them re-generated via a Nortel vendor from Nortels KRS system.

Side note, just because you are getting a PRI dores not mean you need to change the DN lenght on the KSU.
You could have 10 digits recieved and still be able to point a DID/Target to a 3 digit phone.
