Callpilot App Builder Player issues

Hey folks, yes i know its sad that still have an old 600r 5.0 CP system that i have to take care of, but i was hoping some of the old timers here might know how to fix the issue im having. So i can open app builder, and a menu no problem. The issue im having is when i try play a greeting from a menu to one of my telephone sets, the Audio player is not dialing my station. Some of the things i have tried include updating the server with the latest 5.0 PEPS SU11, and G05C for manager then rebooted. I have also run through config wizard and rebooted in an attempt to reset the DSP's, no luck with that. Re-installed the latest version of App Builder .167, no luck with that. Checked all the firewalls on the client PC and server, no problem there. Tried from a completely different PC and got the same result so im leaning on the fact that this has to do with the server, but im tapped out of ideas and would appreciate some fresh ideas. Check you RPLs to make sure the number you are calling can be dialed. If memory serves me it's the desktop one that needs to be set, (but you may want to try a few others).
