i have installed the callpilot 600r rls 5.0
i have one problem i cannot get the dtmf when i dial to listen voicemail.
the voice mail number is 7000
when i dial 7000 it says callpilot from nortel mailbox the system is not able to recognise when i enter the mailbox number i beleive that dtmf is not working..
what should i do

Try dialing 7000, then hit the # button, and see if DTMF works.

After that, you will need to start posting config info so that people here can try to determine what the actual problem may be. Your initial description doesn't have a lot of info to produce an educated answer.

and re-install languages and prompts.

yes im trying to call from an ip set (1140)

Does this happen when calling another phone? Call your cell phone and see if you can send digits.

The only time I have ran into this is at a hotel with HMS400 and the problem was in the XCTP data block in ld 97 the DTMF prompt was set for 4 and the default for north america is 14. Changed it to 14 and all was good.
