We have upgraded callpilot 2 to callpilot 4 on 703T server with 2003 os. We have another server 2003 with call pilot manager and reporter installed, manager is working fine however reporter will not register with callpilot. Getting major error 41002 (Unable to register reporter to OM server) on callpilot. Any ideas?
