CallPilot 3 digit mailbox

I have a system that is migrating from Meridian Mail to CallPilot. The Merdian Mail
has 3 digit lengths MailBox. I have migrated the Mailbox to CallPilot but when I go to greater a new MailBox in CallPilot with 3 digits, it is giving me a error that the mailbox
length has to be 4 to 18 digit. I went to CallPilot / Messaging / Massging manager.
At the length of Mailbox Number, if I change it to 3 or to Variable, I still can’t use
3 digit mailbox. Has anyone had that problem before and know the solution. Thanks

go back through install wizard.. changing the dn length there might be the only cure

It is probably something to do with password length. If it is set to 6 and you only have a 2 digit prefix then the password would only be 5 digits in length so you would not be able to save the mailbox.

Thanks guys. I went and changed the password length and some reason it let me program 3 digit mailbox. Never cease to amaze me. Thanks you guys for your responce.
