Callpilot 150 DTMF issues with PRI

Have been reading a few of the CP + DTMF posts on the board, trying to verify if anyone is still having any problems with DTMF recognition via the AA on a newer CP150.

Everything I've found so far seems to be related to issues from a year or more ago.

I have a customer that I installed about 4 months ago that is continually still having issues with their auto attendant not recognizing input digits. Their DSP version is A6.

I have obtained the A8 DSP patch, however If I shouldn't be having this problem with the A6 version, I don't really want to install something that doesn't need to be installed. Anyone got any experience with the A8 version, or had to do the upgrade recently to fix a similar problem?

From what I'm reading, the DTMF issue should be resolved in their current version (A6)...trying to isolate if it's the CP150, or possibly an issue with the PRI/Provider somehow.

a8 has been available for a long time ...ive installed it in many CPs
 
Thanks for the info, however I was wondering if anyone is still having DTMF issues with version A6 or higher?

Performed the upgrade to A8 last evening. Seems to have corrected the problem as far as I can tell!
 
A8 is actually the most recent of the DSP updates.
A8 is the version included with CP 3.1.
If Nortel releases a DSP update, its a clue that they are still trying to resolve DTMF issues in the VM.
