Callpilot 150 Abandoned call Reports

I have a customer with cp150 s/w 31.10.31.22 Rcc s/w 31.10.28c.I am having problems with Real Time and IPView Abandoned calls.The abandoned call Report do not match the IPView.There are more calls abandoned than IPView shows.Any idea whats going on.Thanks

how do you know which one is right then? ip view or real time. pick one. i would go with real time . ip is never going to be perfected in our life time
