Desktop Messaging.
Comes with Callpilot, but it's keycode activated, and you have to configure the server as well.
As advised above, you would probably need a vendor to set this up for you.
If you are reffering to the VBK player it downloads from MYCALLPILOT.
If you just need to forward a message to someone that does not have it, then play the message with the VBK player and stop it, then go to FILE and Save As and select WAV for type and then attach the file and email....
