CallPilot 100 ties up phone line

Two or three times in the past 3-4 months, the Callpilot 100 ties up a phone line on a compact ICS. The line will show in use and when attempting to access the line, the message "in use 243" appears. 243 is the first of two DN's for voice mail. The line will stay tied up for hours until I power down the Callpilot and restart. Any ideas?
 
Check if disconnect supervision is programed on your lines
 
might find someone who has worked with this problem over in the norstar forum... this is the pbx side of nortel
