CallPilot 100 Release 2.0

When I try to backup a customer CallPilot 100 Release 2.0 with the BRU tool, the backup stops about halfway through the backup, and you can only cancel the backup and reboot the CallPilot. I have no problem backing up on any other version of software. I have a few customers with this 2.0 version with the same problem. Any ideas
