callpilot 100 question

i have a general delivery mailbox locked.
how can I unlock this?
I tried to do a F983 MAILBOX 10 Password reset.
0000 say's invalid password.

how can I unlock please.

Do you have only 2 digit extensions? And are you sure that it is the Gen Mailbox and not just a mailbox assigned to the receptionsit phone?

re-set callpilot.
