where did you record the greeting? Are they on the AA grtg or in the CCR tree?

Oh I see, same issue 2 diff sites...
Maybe upgrade to the lastest 3.1 verison which is 3.10.10.35.22
Also disconnect vmail and test line with test set and take notice of any issue while on the line.
Maybe try Greeting 5 and Table 2 as a test too.
