Callpickup does work with phones within a LineGroup

Hi,

If I call a user directly, an other user can pickup the phone which is within his callpickupgroup.
But if that same phone rings, but not directly, but directed/ routed from a huntpilot, he cannot.

any ideas?

we use
CUCM 6.1.2
7941 and 7961 phones

HP200->HL200->LG200. The called phone and the colleague are both in LG200

Cisco created a workaround for this.

You have to instert a service code manualy at:
Sevrvice parameters -> Cisco support use 1

and add the following string: CSCsb42763

Now you get a option call pickup group at the hunt pilots (same as with the line)

And you should be able to pickup the call that ring on that hunt pilot

also:
Go to Hunt Pilot Configuration page and select a call pickup group from the Call

Pickup Group dropdown list and click update.

and now it works;-)
