After scroll back he get "LIST of calls" and all: calls incoming -> are there , calls outgoing -> are there full list
Customer is very malcontent first time "Empty Memory"

DIS-SBCSU;
You have to set DIGNODIS=N; for CALLOG to work.
Normally set CALLOG=TRIES; which means missed calls only.
You can set CALLOG=ALL; for ALL calls in and out.
If no calls are made to/from the phone then it will not function correctly to begin with.
Just make a call from and to the phone to start.
You can set a button for CALLOG to show missed calls with the LED

Hello

Thank You for replay "sbcsu"

Like You describe - I have correct configuration, but behavior is wrong

First time when customer try read callog, he has information "Empty Memory"
after scroll back there is a complete list of calls.

Nobody can tel me what mater is with this "Empty Memory"

If you DIS-DIMSU;

Under 'DIGITE FEATURES' you should see CALLOGS
There are 3 columns
1st is amount used on your system
2nd is the Maximum used at any time on your system
3rd is the Max amount that you can use.

If you have 'maxed' out the amount you should add more
For Example
ADD-DIMSU:TYPE=USER,CALLOG=500;

Hello

I have changed DIMSU exactly to 500 yesterday, but without results
In DIGITE FEATURES I have 109 109 2400, 10 times under limits.

I suppose its software bug, not configuration
its V.30 R8.3.80

If it was set at max 2400 then you should put it back.
ADD-DIMSU:TYPE=USER,CALLOG=2400;

Version/Release
V3.0 R8.4.27
is the last version/release of V3 HiPath

Can you upgrade?

Missed calls log file is not deleted if CF is active is one fix (HF13 MSC20725)

Maybe the customer can 'get used to this problem' ?

You have to make sure that the feature is turned on as well

CHANGE-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=CALOGPT;
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=OPTISET,CALLOG=YES;

Hello

Dimsu was set to 240, I was changed this to 500.

settings are correct:
CHANGE-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=CALOGPT;
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=OPTISET,CALLOG=YES;

I thing abut update to V3.0 R8.4.27 but I can't find any fix to my problem
"Missed calls log file is not deleted if CF is active is one fix (HF13 MSC20725)" MSC20725 -> its totally different problem.

Thank You sbcsu for help

If it is only the first time then it is ok?
Does it work correctly then after that or is it every time that they look for missed calls?

Hello

Is always when customer wont to read callbacks

Link to movie
in this link you can see how it's work

delete "delete" and "this" [wink] from link

Thanks for that, however my Polish is very limited...

When you get the call on the screen, at the bottom there is the > arrow on the right.
That means that you can > arrow on the bottom of the phone for more choices.
You can then decide what to do with that call on the upper part of the screen.
The lower part of the screen is giving you the choice of what to do with the call on the upper part.
You use the right and left arrows to move the menu to what you want to do with that call.
It may also be that the translations are incorrect.
