I have a call center with Callmaster V that we recently installed when we moved. Most of the agents are using over the head headsets. They are having a volume issue and when they turn up the volume on the phone it makes the ringer louder and their voice louder but not the clients voice. Is there any setting that anyone knows of to adjust the incoming volume?

I think the volume is adjusted by the up/down buttonson the front bottom of the phone. Adjust while on an active call. Adjusting while idle adjusts the ringer.

I'll assume you're getting dial tone and then trying to adjust the volume. I had a CallMaster do this. The only thing I tried that fixed it was replacing the phone.

Well here is some more insight. Internal calls are crystal clear. However incoming external calls are where the problem lies. Our agents are having a hard time hearing customers when they call in.
