Callmaster Pings Once for Incoming call?

Hi.

We use Callmaster IV's here that ping twice when a call comes in to the agent.

I've just bought 5 new CallMaster5's and set up the station, however, it only pings once (which is not enough notice!)

Any idea how I can get this to ping twice again like the CM4s?

try changing the field "Active Station Ringing:", on the second page of the station form to "continuous".

It's already set to continuous

make sure send all calls, or call forwarding ins't turned on.
