On page 4 of the Station form does it look like this:

Page 4 3rd column only had
18: release
programmed.
I removed the ext and reinstalled and now it is working.
I was going to program each button one at a time until it worked, but your post saved me much time.
The callmaster pn is 603F1 and the switch only allows me to enter 603E1, not sure if that is an issue. But it's working now and does what I need it to do.
