Callmaster IV install problem

We have a batch of Callmaster IV's that says "A=INFO" on the display when they are plugged in. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!

try the avaya forum..

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
